Responsibilities:
Collecting business requirements from senior stakeholders
Brainstorming and creating product requirements with business team
Ownership of product including launch, performance and iterations
Identifying relevant market, users and thus setting vision of the product
Setting milestones for development team and ensure delivery timelines
Coordinating with development team, recruitment team, management and ensure smooth functioning of project
Managing and assigning tasks among team members
Do a regular standup and ensure work progress is going as planned
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in product analysis and management
3+ years of experience in IT
Equipped with usage of product design and management softwares including Trello, JIRA and Excel
Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
Customer focused and Team player
Adapts well in a fast-changing environment
Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Self-starter who can work well with minimal guidance and in a fluid environment
